Florida Steel Gguitar Club mtg/jam October 9th, 2013
We've had several request for T-shirts.
I have a limited number of shirts (sizes medium to XX Large(I have one XXX size left).
They will be on sale at the meetings ONLY.
The FSGC Club holds monthly Meetings/Steel Guitar Jams the 2nd Wednesday of each month.
The Jam runs from 5:30 until 8:30...
Lake Panasoffkee is exit 321 on I75, approximately 60 miles west of Orlando and about the same distance north of Tampa.
Come early and support Catfish Johnny's Restaurant before the jam.
Note to players: Please for other players courtesy limit your songs to 2 times thru. 3 and sometimes 4 or more times cuts into every ones playing time.

Well, I've got 'Patsy Cline' over with - time to restring the steel for a trip to see Catfish on Wednesday. Hope to see some more of our winter visitors this month and maybe even find out if there really is a Samuel White. James Marlow, you are also missed, my friend - come see us.

Thank you, Skip. I intended to be there last month, but it didn't work out. And this month we'll be out of town. I am truly hoping and planning to make it there in Nov. Fred Smooth said he'd be back then and I'm looking forward to seeing him and all the gang.

Right James - I think Fred will be back for the November get together. I think Ernie said he'd be there in November also.

Hi Don I just have not been able to make it yet as I have been going back and froth to the VA to the Doctors and just have not been to hook up with my friend from R.I. was told he has a new woman friend so that leaves Anna and I out. He never even called me when i left him 8 messages. We were going to stay at his place and come from Ocala and it just has not worked out. In time we will make it as we have another friend that will be coming down to Zepherhills and he plays rhythm guitar and sings.If not next month it will be the following one.
