Stephen, good luck to you and the group as you continue the club activities. My advice is to set a schedule so participants can plan accordingly. On the concept of, "if you build it, they will come". There will always be conflicts for some, so if you wait for the perfect date, it won't happen. Set the date and go with it Again good luck to you and the group.
