Any ideas for September TOTM??

One I thought of is "Right or Wrong". Cindy has a nice section on her lesson DVD 2.

I'd like to see Walking After Midnight one of these months, if it hasn't been done yet.

Tune of the Month for June of 2012 was "Anytime". Which is basically the same song as "Right Of Wrong"

I too would be in support of Walking After Midnight. It's one of those standards that everyone is aware of but can be a challenge to play. At least for me.

(Also, I have it loaded and ready to go which would allow me a little more time on getting last month's pulled together. But that's really beside the point. Ha!)

I like Boot Heel Drag, but it is out of reach for me, but I'd be glad to listen to y'all play it:)

Okay, I apologize. I lobbied for Walkin' After midnight, and didn't get it done.
I practiced, and practiced this month, thought I had it, but had practiced the lazy way, from memory, and without a backing track, and when I sat down to record last night, you couldn't tell what I was playing was the same song as on the track.

Practice makes perfect?

No. Sadly, perfect practice makes perfect.
...or in my case, perfect practice could possibly make acceptable.

That is my goal:)

I may still record it without the track, just for (constructive) criticism.
