There are still a few old Multikord steels around that have befuddled players for years. I've heard most all of the cons. about the cable systems, etc. but the folks still want to try to play them. Here is the way that I have setup the fender 400 4+1 and when one uses this setup for a Multikord, just substitute the E Pedal for the K column. It can make some oldtime Mooney sounds quite well.
