I'm satisfied with the Lawrence xr-16 in my Carter, but I've heard/tried the repro 705's on a few other brands and they sound very good to the point making me consider swapping with the xr-16. Deep and clear to my ears. Has anyone tried the new "lawrence" 705's on a Carter?

All feedback is welcome,
Chris

I would think they would sound great.

I had 705's in a Dekley for years and loved them. I had XR-16's in several of my Carter's and they sounded great.
