Does anyone have the tab for Brumley's Bounce?

I just saw Albert Svendal do it on Youtube. I kind of like it.

Thanks

Mark:

Do you mean "Buds bounce" by Tom Brumley? Sorry, I haven't heard of Brumley's bounce before.

There should be lots of tab for "Buds bounce" since it's a popular steel guitar instrumental.

Cool Cool

I saw a guy named Albert Svindal do it on You Tube. It's different than Bud's Bounce. That's why I liked so much. Kind of a catchy type chord structure. I had never heard it before. See if you can find it on YouTube.

Yep Sonny, that's it.

Thanks a lot for posting the link.

If this is his own song that he made up as a tribute to Tom, then I doubt if it's tabbed out.

Albert is a good player. I was given a gospel CD the other day to listen to, and the steel player was this Albert Svindal and Monty Montgomery. Both did really well on this CD.

This song was indeed written by Albert, and I will see him later today and ask him if he has tab available, and if so, how to get it. I am sure that he will be willing to get one done, if it is wanted. I will post later tonight with his reply.

I talked to Albert tonight. He will write up the tab for this song, and will let me know when it is ready. He may even post it himself. I will keep reminding him of this task from time to time so he doesn't forget to do it.

Will keep you informed of his progress.

Thanks for posting that link, Sonny. A nice instrumental from Albert that captures the essence of the classic "Bakersfield Sound" (which seems to be receiving some renewed attention at the moment). Thanks, Dennis, for letting Albert know that his tab for "Brumley's Bounce" would be welcomed by all.

Thanks for the interest. I will work on the tab
and post how to get it when done. Dennis will
hold my feet to the fire. I wrote the song just
after Tom passed away. He was one of my
Heroes. I sent a copy to his wife and she liked
it as well. Thanks.
Albert

Nice song, Albert. I know I would certainly appreciate it if the tab gets posted.
