One owner, purchased new from Sho Bud, 3 KL added by Sho Bud to make it 8X5 around 1975, excellent condition, not played and kept in road case from 1981 to 2009. Includes original Sho Bud volume pedal, original case as well as custom built road case(made 1977 by Caseworks in Columbus, OH. I have extra rods and barrels for changing the copedent(which I've done often as it's very simple). Only imperfections are small amount of scratching where I dropped my picks on the console(see photo), some scratches on polished aluminum in front from alterations I made to the original case, extension on knob for changing necks broken off(it sticks out), and one rear leg slightly bent as a result of a drunk falling into the guitar while gigging(I killed him afterwards). I'm lowering the price to $1250 plus shipping. I'm in Cincinnati, OH.

I'm willing to go $1800 plus shipping. I obviously overpriced this originally.

Wow, now I think that's a deal. Not many Professionals with 5 knees installed by Sho-Bud, and she looks very clean! A vintage volume pedal, and a road case? According to the info previously posted on the forum, this would date to about first week of March, 1974. Someone should grab this clean piece of history! If I did not have a very similar Pro II coming my way already I'd probably bite!

Good luck with the sale, Steve. She's a nice one!

Amen to all the love for this gorgeous instrument. I have an earlier version of it (restored to Ferrari specs by James Morehead) or else I'd be out getting a Wall Street job to scam unsuspecting widows or hedge funds to pay for this.
