I'll be looking at scuffy Vegas 400 with BW speaker for pretty cheap. What are the concerns with this amp?

Plug it in and see if it plays on both channels throughout the volume range. Other than some expected pots scratchiness these things are built like a tank and one of the best steel amps ever made!
