Thanking you and Aloha,
During last week's Wed. evening prayer service which includes a great deal of music, I was Playing some fills along with the music, when I was startled as the director touched me on my hand, waking me out of a sound sleep. A first time for doing that in public, Mr hyde is back. Parkinsons, that is.
My concentration is very bad right now, so this will be short.
Thank you all for the kindness you have shown, and also the patience in trying to learn new stuff.
Again , Mahalo, and Aloha,
Phil Bender

Such a shame.

I went thro' bouts with sleep apnea but finally seem to have gotten it under control.

Way back when I was a kid driving home at night after a band practice.........I'd alert myself to recognizing I had no idea of where I was or how I got there. Kinda scary. That was before they discovered apnea and simply called it white line fever.

Hope you can find some relief for it.
Have always enjoyed your fine playing.
