Wanted two Thumb nuts (metal) for Supro lap steel

Anyone know where to find two Thumb nuts (metal) for a Supro lap steel (holds pick up cover on)?

It's the one thing I can't find a suitable (aesthetic) replacement for at the local hardware.

Perhaps either Parts is Parts or Angela Instruments would have something like that. It's going to be hard to find such a thing not already in use.
