I hope somebody can help me.
I took pictures of a steel, with my iPad. I'm trying to post on them on the Forum, but I think they are too big in their "raw Ipad" format. How do I resize them to fit the Forum requirements?
Thanks,

If you have a Photobucket or pinterest, you could put them there and post the image URLs. That's what I usually do.
I don't know if the iPod lets you change formats. (It'd be typical of Apple to make the user accept nothing other than the way they like it) _________________ 2 pedal steels, a lapStrat, and an 8-string Dobro (and 3 ukes)

Thanks, but I would prefer to resize and post direct. Can anybody help me with this?
One interesting thing...I transferred the photos from the iPad to my laptop. On the laptop, they appear to be upside down. But when you view them, they display right-side up. I don't know how they will appear on the Forum, once I resize and figure this out.

That's why the forum has a Preview function

If your laptop is a Mac:
Drag jpeg to desktop.... double click and image should open in "Preview".
Tools - Rotate Left or Right
Tools - Adjust size - select different sizes from the drop down box.
Edit - Undo - if you'd like to try a different size. _________________ Jerry Jones |

The coolest way to do this is with iCloud. You need iPhoto or Aperture on your computer and an iCloud acct. set to sync photos from the iPad. When you open iPhoto or Aperture your iPad pictures will magically appear, and you can resize and post. _________________ C#
