I was listening to a great steeler, who's vids were just put up this morning, thinking,
"How did he get where he could do that with such speed and fluidity". Well, I believe
he just worked at it until, without thinking about it, other then generally, it would
just happen. Here is an exercise based on one of his runs, that can be played blistering fast.
I know this, because he can do it.
First part... This is the exercise part! Play repeatedly
