Mike, try starting with the default JC Clean channel, with bass, mid and treble set at 12 o'clock and go from there using small changes. I usually wind up with about 1 o'clock on bass and 12 o'clock on the other two. You may want the brightness switch on, or off, try both ways, but start with them all straight up and think you'll find a sound you like. Sorry I can't help you on David's settings.
