I think this is pretty reliable, the dates/serial #'s came from the manufacturing log books of Gene Haugh who worked at Sho~Bud in the '70s. |

Lane,
8937 was the first one built in June of '75, so I'd say late May, as I said in the email I sent you Aug. 12. That is based on the data that Gene Haugh posted on a multi-page thread about Sho-Bud serial numbers a while back - search his name and find his first post.... then look at the very end of the thread, and you will find the listings by month from March 1971 until August '82, then annually until '94.

After looking at the website link that Ian Worley posted, I followed it and it goes to my old website.
The numbers are accurate, but I can't change or delete any thing on that site, and following the other pages that the tabs direct you to when they are clicked on, are also the old website pages.
The new site for the numbers and dates is: http://www.donblood.net/sho-bud-serial-numbers-and-build-dates.html
I don't know how the old site is still there, but the tools to modify it are no longer compatible with the platform that my site uses.
Just for your information.
