Hey folks, I'm looking for an MSA mechanic to go through my '74 Semi-Classic 3X4, in the Detroit area. I've got some undercarriage issues I'd love to have gone over. I'd also like to learn a little bit about how to keep things maintained once it's in shape.

I'll gladly pay in beer, pizza, or if necessary, cash-money.

Thanks!

Mike

Hey Mike,
I would Broaden your search. MSA's are generally All pull guitars and anybody that works on pedal steels can certainly help you out. What is it that needs work?

Mike, these things are pretty bulletproof and easy to work on. If you're semi-handy and willing to throw a few hours at them, you could probably get it sorted yourself.
What's it doing?

Thanks guys.

It's just "shakin' off the rust" maintenance for the most part - tight pull on the C pedal, pull rods bunching between the C pedal, LKL, and LKR, zingy 3rd string, etc.
