A previous owner sawed one in two on a recently-acquired S-11 (cut was along a line just behind the back edge of the pickup.) Supposedly the case wouldn't close with the fins resting on the spacer on the floor of the case...? _________________ "Gopher, Everett?" |

Saw marks visible in the wood from where the Genius Award winner cut through the tailpiece.

Sorry Ben, mine are 10 string. You need an 11 string tail plate.

My 11-string tailpiece is larger than Kevin's 10-string ones.

Hey Ben, I'd look into having it welded and polished, shouldn't be a problem for a good welding shop to repair it. FWIW, the tail piece on the 11 string neck on my 11/10 ZB (0008) is the same size as the 10 string neck. Good luck with the project, BH |
