Assuming you mean E9 and C6.
E9, I doubt you will find any. Most everything is written for 10 string tunings (except non-pedal courses). You can use the 10 string courses and figure out other ways to get the notes or chords that are using the 2 strings you don't have, or leave that note out of the chord. I don't know what 2 strings you eliminated, but if it were me, I would have eliminated the 2 bottom strings and kept the 2 top one's in place.
