Very nice Susan. I have heard several pieces you have posted and you are definitely out of the box which is good. I would ask you if you ever play traditional country or any other music as well. I would love to hear a recording of that as well. Thanks for posting. |

Thanks, Paul. I'm glad you like this piece - it just came to me one night last week when I couldn't sleep, so I just sat down at my steel and turned on the recorder. It came out a little darker (harmonically) than I had originally intended, but since darkness and light are such intimate dance partners, maybe it's OK.
As for traditional country music, I don't play that so much these days, but I used to play it quite a bit, and sometimes I really miss it. I haven't done too many recordings of E9th country music other than some little things I've posted on the Forum.
