Joey is now moderating the new "Recording" section, and I'm moderating this "Events and Announcements" section.

A big public THANK YOU from me to Joey for his help. This forum couldn't exist without the help of the moderators, and Joey has been carrying the heaviest workload of all. I really appreciate it, Joey. Anything I can do for you, just let me know.

Well b0b...I would like to echo your thank you to Joey...he's helped me here a couple of times......but I would Publicly like to say how much he helped me in Dallas earlier this year......I walked through Hotel and recognised Howard R and introed myself.....the guy he was talking to was Joey...so that was fine.....later we were fixing for the international Jam...I hadnt wanted to bring my steel or Dobro for just a two hour jam and then trust them on airoplanes etc for four weeks while we wandered USA.....Joey just said...I'll fix ya......went up to his room....got a fairly new Beard Dobro in a case...took me to see Bruce Zumstead who he was selling it to...just said,,Bruce...I am lending it to Tony for the afternoon......well I got to go leave it in my room ...use it for the Jam...then we both delivered it to Bruce..

How nice is this for Trust and frienship.......so thanks Joey.....and b0b........all this trust and friendship.....well I am not going to say anymore ..is all down to you...so ..Thanks...Big Time
Tony

You're very welcome Tony.

For the record, Bruce was only picking up the dobro for a friend of his who couldn't attend.
(another act of kindness, thanks Bruce).

While we're at it, John Fabian loaned me the Carter Steel Guitar I used at the International Jam.
Thanks John.

Thanks also to Mike Brown and Peavey for hosting the jam, and to Donna for organising it. A lot of trust and friendship made it happen.

Back to the topic, You're very welcome, b0b.

The E&A Section keeps the moderator quite busy, moving topics to the correct places, and explaining why.

Yes, Joey's a pretty good guy, isn't he?

Howard, it's ok to talk about swapping in this section, but don't think for even a minute that you can get by with anything like that in EXTENDED FAMILY!!
