I had a steel come into my shop for repair from Florida via Fedex. It was in a heavy duty road case made by Red Dirt. The wheels were broken. I called Red Dirt and sent them a picture to get replacements for my customer. They sent them out promptly at no charge. Wow, great service. Thanks Red Dirt.
