Just so I am up front about everything on this guitar... It sounds and plays awesome! It is a bit heavy for a single neck, but that translates into the wonderful tone that it has!
Issues:
The case is solid but has ripped tolex, and could use a new handle. Its a bit musty inside but some lysol and febreze should take care of that. No mold or mildew is visible.
The lacquer, as you can tell, is toast... People are usually split on the idea of refinishing old guitars and whether it affects the value... If it was an old strat or tele, I would say leave it alone. But this guitar is all birdseye maple and I think it would look awesome if it were professionally refinished in what I believe was the original clear red lacquer...
It appears that two knee levers and rods were added at some point in its life. They dont match but they work fine! Some of the rods are bent at the changer, but they are still fully tuneable. I dont want to try and bend them back as I dont want to snap them off... New or replacement rods are available for MSA guitars online. All the bell cranks are tight and working fine. This guitar has been recently oiled and is in perfect order. If you need the knee levers set a bit wider, as I do, it is possible, just not as convenient as most modern guitars.
I will clean, polish and restring the guitar before shipping, unless you specify that you want to do that yourself, I completely understand. New rubber feet are included...
Oh, the Emmons style volume pedal is not included, unless you desire to add it to your order. It is there to show how it attaches to the pedalbar. We can negotiate the price of the pedal.
Sorry, no bar, picks or cables are included.
I do have a seat available and we can negotiate that if you would like to purchase it as well.
Please call or email with questions...
There is one offer pending as of 10:10am today July 25... _________________ Currently retired from performing music in Branson, MO

Oh, I do have new ivoroid buttons for the Kluson tuners and will replace them during the string change. Or, I can include them if that is something you want to do yourself as well...
The old celluloid buttons are still solid and working fine, but given their age, could start deteriorating any day... Thus the new buttons... _________________ Currently retired from performing music in Branson, MO
