Here is the basics of simulated guitar bends on PSG using a Dorian scale over an A blues progression.
I ask Bo to play it simple and clean and I believe the worksheet covers the scale and the bends that was used on this one chorus recording.

I listed the bends within 4 Dorian scale positions and 2 sub positions.
The bends of course are where pedal and lever use is indicated with slide marks.
