There was a guy from Georgia, I think, that made bar and pick pounches (and steel covers) that sold them at the ISGC.

I have one of these but need a new one.

The one I'm using I bought from Larry, at the ISGC, probably in the 80's. If I can get another like it, it should last me for a lifetime (I'm 75 now).

Tommy Dodd makes what he calls the Pickin' Pouch, they come in a variety of colors. I have one and it's big enough to hold an extra set of strings and a bar and your picks.

Check him out at tommydodd.com

Jack,
I was in the same boat years ago, after looking long and hard, I just couldn't find a good pouch - so we made some using high quality, supple leather.
Not sure if ours are the size or configuration you are looking for, they have drawstrings at the top which hang from your tuning keys.
If you will PM your mailing address to us, Miss Sophie will send you one ASAP. Please let us know if you prefer black, tan, fawn or chocolate.
No charge of course.
All the best!
Dave

I love mine from Leann Sharp (edited for spelling)
I have the unlined version in all black. Love it.

I had one made of denim with two holes on flap to hang on keyhead tuning keys. I got mine from Herb Remington. (Now I can't find it in my music 'mess')

They said "Remington Steel" on them.

Thanx.
Jim
