Bout time you jumped back in! See, that's what you get for selling your stuff : )
I recall that's the steel you gave me lessons on - still have the tapes. _________________ '65 Sho-Bud D-10 Permanent • '54 Fender Dual-8 • Clinesmith T-8 • '38 Ric Bakelite • '92 Emmons D-10 Legrande II |

Hi Skip,
I bought your old '93 Emmons #1034L when it was on eBay several months ago from the guy that I believe you sold it to. I refurbished it and sold it to a man back east who is very happy with it. I'm sorry but I doubt if he'll be selling it anytime soon.
Does this look familiar?

Hi Skip, I remeber that guitar. It was a beauty. glad to hear from you here. I still play the black LG II I got from you. I liked it so much, I bought another one just like it from Allen Howington to keep one set up at home and one in the band truck. Good luck in your search. _________________ LeGrande II, Nash. 112, Fender Twin Tone Master, Session 400, Harlow Dobro, R.Q.Jones Dobro |

the steel shown in Lynns post is my old guitar. I'll keep looking. I have probably the most beautiful LGII
steels I think was ever built by Jack. One of the last he did I think? it's a laquer 8x9 with every option you can get. it has tuning comps , d tune stops , plus? tuners are white , grey, red, and blue.
2 pc Thomas western tooled case in brown. I'd like to get Jack to go thru the guitar and set everything up again for me. I used to be able to do it, but its been too long now. some of the pedals have been shaved 1/2 inch narrower. blond birdseye maple top and rosewood or coco bolo front. I tune to a D as per my conversation with Buddy cpl yrs ago. I will try to post pics sometime. Stopped playin almost 10 yrs ago. but maybe I can get some chops back. I wanted my old LG to keep at my store. Again thanks to all. |

Skip I think this is it. Sorry I didn't see it was a D10. But this was yours a long time ago. |
