LOL no Rons new cd Foolproof is very good. Mike Johnson does some really nice steelwork.
It is a good mix of some older favorites and some new songs to me anyway. Dead and gone cut sure hits home these days

Not hardly Robert, some of us were just sleeping when you posted last night. Leona has been, and is still one of my very favorites. I get to work with her every now and then, and each time is more fun than the last and leaves me looking forward to the next time.

Love Leona and Ron. Had the honor of working with them last year. Ron hosted the Midnite Jamboree on WSM this past Saturday.

I worked with Leona & Ronnie Stoneman in Cartersville, Ga. a few years ago and then again with her and her son Ron at the same venue the next year. We also had her in Oct. of 2011 as our featured artist at the VCMA Super Jamboree where I got to play steel & guitar with her again. IMHO she's one of the "purest" country singers I've ever heard and one of the sweetest persons in the music business... She's one fine lady and talent.........JH in Va.

Leona and Ron are the very top notch in my book and have never been around any nicer people than them. I've had the pleasure of playing for Leona and Ron four or five times and it's pure hawg heaven.

Yes, country music does have words and you can actually understand them!!!!
