Is anyone making a custom 3 cable set for the Peavey Nashville setup? Maybe 2 - 10ft and 1 - 15 ft in a harness?

You could make up your own by using George L' cable and shrinkwrap(available at most Lowes and Home Depot). Run the cable through the shrinkwrap before installing the jacks...FWIW: Joining the two volume pedal cables together should work fine, but you may want to test the three cable setup by taping the cables together and installing them on the guitar before making up a more permanent arrangement. Could prove to be more trouble than it is worth.

I seem to recall another post where you were talking about either using or getting a Hilton Volume Pedal. The three cord hookup is not needed with a Hilton Volume Pedal, and in my testing does not work satisfactorily with the Hilton Volume pedal in the pre-eq loop on a Nashville 112.

Even with a standard pot type volume pedal, very few ever used it and most that have aboandoned the three cord and went back to standard hookups. On the Session 500, Peavey labeled the jacks as Volume Pedal Out and In but because very few ever used it they discontinued the "Volume Pedal" labeling on the low level pre-EQ patch.

The pedal is a Goodrich L120...

I did try the 3 cable setup and liked it. I'm also running a Li'l Izzy on the output of the steel. I may look at using some of the "fabric" automotive loom.

If you have Lil Izzy you don't really need the three cord hookup either. The Lil Izzy provides the constant impedence load to the guitar's pickup (like going direct to the amp in would do).

If you want the three cord setup you don't need the Lil Izzy.
