Helper Spring part????

Trying to locate the part circled in Red, it is the plastic or nylon part hooked to the raise helped spring. Does any know when I could purchase some or where to buy them?

I think those are just beaded wire ties, usually available from electronics supply (Mouser).....maybe Eagle brand. I bought some very similar to these at Home Depot. Bruce uses them on his Zums.
