Lap steel repair

I just purchased a Tonemaster 6 string Lap that is truely a closet classic. It is covered in blonde "mother of toilet seat" that has aged to perfection and has the string thru Valco pickup that truly screams if you want it to. It has a guitar shaped body. There is one, actually three, minor problems with it tho. In the waists of the body and one side of the inside curve from the body to the neck the "mother of toilet seat" has come loss a bit. I was wondering if any of you folks may know a person who is qualified to repair these problems with the finish. I live in the Nashville area but I would be willing to send it to the right person for re-gluing. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in Advance, Alan
