I've already trimmed it up and done the fill with rock hard putty , still drying in the deep areas.

Simple Sanding will get this in ready to primer and paint mode.

Selling for the price of the wood blank and shipping cost, all of the router work and Fill is free!

Use some Bondo and like new, than shoot some primer and paint
