These guys and Buddy Cage was my inspiration to play steel when I was a young lad. Great video. Although listening to Buddy's playing today I think he overplayed the fast songs. The chicken picking is cool but a little goes a long way. His playing on the song, "I don't need no doctor" was cool with him comping on the C-6 neck. Funny how easy it is to tell the tone of the fuzz box.

Buddy still has it although he doesn't overplay anymore. The small clubs now you can practically rub shoulders with him.
