Paul,

I'm sorry to see that you've decided to let your Sho-Bud go. Someone is going to be very happy with it. It plays and sounds fantastic and that's a very reasonable price for it, considering its condition.

Just to clarify things, here is what I did to the guitar for Paul.

1) Installed aluminum knee lever brackets on all of the horizontal moving levers, purchased from Jeff Surratt.

2) Moved the LKR toward the rear apron for easier access.

3) Installed a flag on the RKR

4) Had both pickups rewound by Jerry Wallace (because they were microphonic). They are exactly the same as what they were before, which was 20K (E9) and 22K (C6).

5) Installed new fret boards, purchased from Tom Bradshaw

6) Lube and set up guitar to Paul's copedent, which is fairly standard, with E's raising on the left and lowering on the right.

Here are a few photos I took, prior to shipping the guitar back to Paul.

Bump for two of the good guys!

This qaulifies as one of the best deals I have ever run accross!!!!(well on a PSG, anyway!)

Lynn Stafford, one of the nicest guys you will ever deal with! As you are witnessing right here service before, during, and after the sale! Where do you find that in this day and age!

I dunno Mark,,, still waiting for a response from Paul,,, this is a perfect "Big Brother" match to my Sho Bud SD-10 I bought new in 82, same color, everything,,, just waiting to hear back,,,
