I recently acquired this nice little rack and barrel Pro 1 guitar but sadly I cannot afford to keep it. It is in good shape for its age, I dont know much about these old Sho-buds, but it has 3 pedals and 4 knee levers. The E lower is on the RKL. LKR raises the 7th string and RKR lowers 2nd string. Pedals are Emmons set up. Original pickup has been replaced with a George L
Asking $1450 shipped. case is also in decent shape
Feel free to email or pm with any questions.

I see barrels, but not racks... I think this type is referred to as barrels behind pullers or two hole pullers if theyare two hole. Nice guitar! Wish I could afford to have it!

I don't know enough about these guitars so I can't comment on the racks, however I am pretty sure it's single raise single lower. It has the old shobud curved style knee levers too. It's a cool vintage guitar for sure. Thanks !

Hi Karen,
One nice feature of these older Sho Buds is that you can have as many raise and lowers as you have pedals and knee levers. Just so long as you have the pull rods & barrels there is almost no limit.
I think this is the model that came right after the Rack & Barrel ones.
Looks like it may have very nice wood on the front apron so you may want to get a better picture of that to get it sold sooner.
Good luck with your sale.

Not rack and barrel. Yours is later version and I won't label it for fear of being corrected by the Sho Bud gurus Embarassed Cool case, too Very Happy If I didn't have 2 push pulls and three Buds, I'd make room for this one Smile
