Hello Frank,
I have 2 systems. Both are AKG - UHF systems. One is called a Guitar Bug. The transmitter plugs into guiitar without useing a cord. The other has a body pack that you clip to your belt or pocket with a short cord that plugs onto the guitar. This one could be used with a lapel microphone that plug into the body pack. I'll match Winston's price, $75.00 shipped for either one. I would take the body pack over the guitar Bug as it has more output power and cost a lot more. I guess because it can be used for multiple application. Good luck with finding what you need.
Thanks,
Bob
