I just received my new GFI S10 4X5 and I am very happy with it. I had been playing a GFI D10 8X6 and wanted to lighter the load a little so I ordered the single neck. It is a very nice looking and well made guitar that sounds good and stays in tune.
I bought it through my buddy Frenchy Messier at Frenchy's Pedal Steel Guitar. Frenchy is a great guy and went above and beyond to give me top notch service on this. For the money this is an excellent pedal steel.

My friend has a GFI that is the twin to yours. I took it Saturday night to bring home and do some adjusting and get some slack out it it, He's been playing it for years and it's never been touched.

After I got it all adjusted out and playing smooth, I was really surprized at the guitar. The tone was awesome. (never had played one)I compared to a 70 P/P and even though different, sounded good. Guitar plays easy as butter and has tons of sustain.

Know you will be pleased with your GFI. Thas a nice one.

Thanks Henry. I have owned Emmons, Sho-Bud and MSA but in terms of sound and just over all quality these GFI guitars are right there with them.
