Where all EMCI guitars built with wielded frames. Been told yes and no. Is Bud Carter still alive. If so does anyone a contact number for him

I did a search on the Forum regarding the ETS pedal steel (that Bud was associated with) and came up with telephone no. 903-288-7195 for Bud Carter.
