That was Glen Shorrock with the Tommy Tycho Orchestra.Tommy sadly has just passed away. Also Daly Wilson was there on drums with his Big Band.1983

Nice pic Mike. Classy
Tommy Tycho helped me out a little with my charts back when I was starting out as a young MD (being openly mocked for my crude attempts at idiomatic notation by bandleaders around the traps).
His charts were pretty much the accepted standard in clubland AU. Simple and clean. _________________ Too much equipment....I think I need help. |

good on you son, I remember that show well , i was working that night but i got someone at home to tape it for me. I wish i still had that VHS tape.
