I've got the older VS-2 model and the Strobo Clip and the pre-sets are not the same. At least in C6 and E9/A6.
Confused
Anyone else notice?

What are the differences you noticed? I only have the VS-II, so I can't compare, but I am curious.

For example, when I tune up to C6th using the Strobo Clip and then check it to the VS-2 the VS-2 reads that I'm flat. And I'm using the "sweetened" C6th settings on both tuners.
