Ernie,
The Hollonville Opry House will be having their regular Saturday evening entertainment before the Jam on Sunday. They usually have a mix of Country, Blue Grass and Gospel, so you never know exactly what to expect! The players' roster is filling up, so I suggest those members that want to play let me know QUICK. We do want to give our members first shot at playing, that's one of the priveledges you get from your dues and other support. I'll keep you posted how we stand.
See you on the 25th!
Roger

Roger/Steve

Sounds like a good idea to me, maybe we can meet somewhere around Augusta. I am working Sat night and won't get home before 1:30 or so, so maybe I can just park my car and ride over with you Steve. A little nap on the way over wouldn't hurt my feelings. Steve call me at (803)606-5705.

See y'all there.

OK, the flyer on the site is under the "Coming Events" tab at the top of the page. THe directions to the Hollonville Opry House as shown on the bottom of the flyer are: I75 to exit 205. Go west through Griffin for 12.8 miles to US 19/41. Turn left (south)for 1 mile on US 19/41. Turn right at the first exit (Williamson, GA362). Go 11.5 miles to the Hollonville Opry House on the right just past the church. Come on over to see us Howard. I'll buy you a hot dog! Steve, let me know if you need directions to I75!!!

Thanks Roger. I guess if I was just a little smarter I could have found that myself, but you know... I'd sure like to make it but probably have to work. Hmm, is that a foot long hot dog?

Bill,
Funny you should come up with that song title as a reply. The band I play in will be there Sunday, and we're gonna do that one!!! Our guitar player and keyboardist have turned into real Doug Jernigan fans. When I told them he would be at the Jam, they said they just had to come listen. What the heck, why not just get the whole group there? They loved the idea. Takes a load off of me, too. We're all looking forward to it.
See you Sunday,
Roger
