What if I told you this would be the last resonator guitar you'd ever have to buy?

This is the Beard mahogany R-body with the most wanted, useable upgrades that make it a world-class resonator guitar.

It's the Tim Graves signature model with the latest Beard designed triple-spun Legend cone, Planet Waves locking tuners with auto string-trim, solid mahogany top, back and sides, open soundwell body design, Planet Waves strap-lock and deluxe TKL OHSC.

Also included, like-new Peterson Strobo-Clip tuner in metal travel box.

This guitar doesn't come on the market very often, especially with all these upgrades at this price.

Similar in many ways to the Beard Mike Auldridge MA-6, this guitar is a solid mahogany, the MA-6 is a wood plybody.

In pristine, immaculate condition, this guitar is less than two years old and has never left my home.

PRICE: $2890, free professional packing, you pay shipping charges only.

Invest that income tax refund in the best...invest it in a Beard.

E-mail question on Legend Cone answered.

Paul Beard finally developed this new triple-spun cone that is labor-intensive to produce but delivers the optimal in sound when installed in a resonator guitar.

It's thinner than all other cones, triple-spun with concentric rings from the outter lip to the inner core. Earlier cones were single-spun, later on double-spun. This is the first and only triple-spun cone on the market and is an extra cost accessory from Beard Resophonic Guitars.

It's made of a new metal alloy that allows it to deliver more volume with perfect pitch, tone and longer sustain. If you like to play chimes on a reso, you can get "hair raising on the back of the neck" bell-like closed chimes all the way from the 5th to 20th fret and beyond.

And BTW...the locking tuners with auto-trim allow you to change a string in 60-seconds or change all 6-strings in 6-minutes! Auto-trim snips the unused portion of the string flush with the tuner post. No more pricked fingers, skin scratches or fabric snags inside or outside the case.

These are just two of the features on this guitar that no serious resonator guitar player should be without.

If any more questions pop up about this guitar, e-mail me and I'll do my best to answer them for you.

Because it's apparent that there is absolutely NO interest in the guitar I offered for sale and members of the forum failed to recognize its value at a fair price, I'm asking that b0b close and lock this thread.

If you're interested in a resonator guitar, I would recommend you buy Corey's maple Beard E. It's a great guitar, priced right and he seems like a good guy to do business with.

Thanks for all the views everybody, maybe next time.

Please lock and close b0b.

Sorry, I'm not gonna' drop the price any lower. It already represents an extremely good value at the price already posted.

Thanks for the inquiry.

Bob... May I suggest that you let this run awhile longer??...it's only been 3 days and in a tough economy it may take more time... beautiful resonator and well worth your price....Beards are amazing instruments.

Thanks for the encouragement Chris but my request to close and lock this thread to sell this instrument with all the no-charge upgrades and taking a downward hit on what I paid for it still stands.

I'll give it a rest for awhile and maybe try another forum to sell it.

Appreciate your thoughts, thanks for posting.
