Thanks from all of us, to all of you who helped make this past weekend's Saluda show a great success! Doug Jernigan, sir, you are the bomb! All the local guys---Joe, Larry, Roger, Bill, Tommy, Brett, Rob, my old pal Ernie Cawby---Charles Reece, who may be the classiest guy I know---Bob Strum---And a HUGE surprise, Tony Prior, who sounded large at the jam on Saturday. Great band, as always---Woody, Bob, Wayne, Wayne, Jerry, and the other guys...
GREAT to see Herby Wallace! You're looking good, pal, and prayer and a little rehab will have you playing by the August show.
I really appreciate Charles allowing me to speak for a few minutes on Sunday. Love is truly wonderful, isn't it??
So get ready---WE AIN'T THROUGH!!! The great Ron Eliot will be the special guest in August, plus some surprises. PLAN ON BEING THERE!! |

TRhis show was a great one, with lots of players and fun, visiting with friends. Bret thanks for letting me play your GFI it played so well I did not think Charles Reese would ever quit so I could play it.
Bret you have a axe you can be proud of it plays so well you do not want top stop, right charles. Good to see Herby there I needed some new strings, Danny Herby is out of some sizes send some.
A friend of mine sent me a picture of me on a set of jagwire strings, If I was a great player I would sure Indorse them, but I do anyway, they have served me well.
Stephen and charles and all who put on the show great job and the girls had a very good time. see u next time.
