This year's show is going to be very exciting. April 18, 19, 20 2013 in Mt. Vernon, Il. at the Holiday Inn convention center. Special room rates with free breakfast, and free parking for all. The weekend will start on Thursday morning, with steel guitar players from around the area playing some of your favorite steel tunes, then a talent search for you singers. Thursday night for your $10 admition, pick a song from our 100+ song list and COME ON UP, we will have the band ready and waiting, judges from the country radio industry to judge all contestents. 1st prise is $250, 2nd $150, 3rd $50. You'll be tapping your toes and humming tunes all evening. Then 1st thing Friday morning ( 10:00am ) STEEL GUITARS IN CONCERT till sometime in the evening hours, ( usually around 11:00pm ). Saturday morning at 10am the fun continues thru the day till ? ( last year it was 11:45pm ). This year players will include but not limited to, JOE WRIGHT, MIKE SIGLER, MIKE SWEENEY, RUSS HICKS, TERRY BETHEL, ROSE SINCLAIR, JERRY NEWBERRY, EDDY DUNLAP, MIKE HERMSMEYER, TYLER HALL, AND A HOST OF OUTHERS. And back this year will be Leona Williams and Ron Williams and a couple surprise guest  Ticket prices this year has stayed the same as the past few years for advance ticket sales. Thursday is $10, Friday is $20, Saturday is $ 20, all 3 days $40 in advance. At the door tickets are $12 Thursday, $22 Friday, $22 Saturday or $45 for all 3 days.
