I"ll be selling my big house in Dickson, Tenn at Auction April 20.Included is my Multi-track all fully digital recording studio. It's BIG, like the old studios, in Nashville. You DO NOT have to overdub. You can record 20-30 pickers OR MORE, at one time.At break time I have a dynamite break room. It has a brand new Snooker pool table, a poker table table w/plush chairs. {Never been, played on, either} 25cent Golden Nuggwet slot machines, from the Golden Nuggett in Vegas. A wine cooler, a beer cooler, a bar, etc. 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, big, big living room w/brick fireplace covering 2/3 of one wall. Barbeque Covered B-B-Que Pavillion w/elec, water con crete floor and a B-B-Que pit that can cook 24 hams at one time, new insulated garage, new concrete driveway that will handle buses, semi's Sherman tanks, whatever, 8 total acres fenced except for the deer run, Got $440,000 invested, take $350.000. before the auction.
