Here is a classic hymn I had fun putting together on my DAW. The steel is a early 50's Supro and all the vocals and instrument parts are yours truly. Rolling Eyes

Thanks Rudy, it was fun using the old classic lapsteel for backing, I hope to start using the new pedal steel I bought last week... after countless hours of practice Shocked

I really liked it David! I listened to it several times. The vocals and arrangement on it is mighty fine. Thanks for posting it.

David that was outstanding...I just played it for my wife and she's in agreement with me...I'm just starting to fool around with Reaper, and want to do gospel stuff as well...You put everything together so well that I think I've been inspired to the possibilities...Thanks again for that beautiful rendition, I loved it from start to finish!!!... Very Happy Shocked Very Happy

Since this is the steel guitar forum, I thought it would be appropriate if someone pointed out that It was Albert E. Brumley who wrote this song. Albert of course was Tom Brumley's dad. Tom of course was the legendary Steel player for Buck Owens and Ricky Nelson, and owner of the ZB Custom steel guitar company, just in case there's really anybody out there that didn't know!
