I finally took time to post the pictures of the first Alabama Club meeting, turned out to be a great show.Hope you like them.let me know if you want more of these shows posted. Here is a link to the pictures.

1 Of the awards given at the alabama Show



Another was the award given to Bud Carter for outstanding work in the steel guitar world, Bill cook can comne in and tell about the awards.

Earnest,,I enjoyed the pic's very much,you did a good job on them,I saw Don and Chris in McGee Miss In Dec. of 2005,,Chris is so much like ole Hank till it's almost like lookin at Hank....

We inducted 2 people into The ASGA HALL OF FAME. The inductees were Julian Tharpe and Don Helms. Both, Alabama natives. Our Horizon Award went to Tyler "THE KID" Hall and our Pioneer Award went to Bud Carter. The show was excellent. Next year's Show will be a 2 day show February, 23rd and 24th in Birmingham, Alabama. We will have one big show a year and several regional shows/jams a year. If you would like to join us send check payable to ASGA, mail to Don Lynch 1578 Delmar Dr., Prattville, Al 36067.
