This is one of the best preamp/effects units ever made. Pics aren't the best as I took them with my phone but really clean unit!
Thanks,
Dave

The reverbs & delays are very nice in GP-100. I have several and like many of these multi effect units they were designed for guitar with 200 user and 200 preset programs and I use only a few.
If you are going to use the preamp, the Blackface setting seems to have the warmest sound for steel guitar. If you are going to use the effects, just shut the preamp off and you can use the reverbs, delays, chorus, etc. There are some strange presets and programs you can have some fun with but I don't think the guys in the band are going to appreciate them
Check Ebay for a DVD user manual for around $15.00 that is helpful or you can get into the manual for an in depth experience. They stopped making this unit in 1995 and after all this time and trying many different settings I still only use a few. Go figure? |
