I bought this for a project but I've decided to go a different direction with a Roland GP-100 preamp. The Mesa works as it should and sounds fantastic with great reverb! But I need a single space preamp and the Roland is the way I need to go.

The Mesa has a aftermarket knob on channel B as the pot has been changed somewhere in the past and the original knob obviously walked away Rolling Eyes and some rack rash.
$350 shipping included in the lower 48. Paypal is ok!
Thanks,
Dave

I have one of these preamps and it's in my rotation of gear. Make sure the spring reverb is attached on all four sides when it gets shipped or open up the chassis and put some foam under the reverb pan before shipping and then remove when it arrives. These units are still around but becoming a bit scarce over the last few years. I use mine with a Stewart World 1.2 power amp and a single 15" 1501-4 and it could handle any gig.

Very sound advise Len! I wished the person that shipped the first one to me 6 years ago would have taken time to do that. The reverb taken was completely detached bouncing around in the unit and the circuit board was being held by only one plastic stud. There were 4 broken solder joints as well and I had to put it all back together. Fortunately I was able to make the repairs myself otherwise it would have cost me as much to repair as the unit itself.

This one can be closed as I sold the preamp thru other means unfortunately as I much prefer to deal with forum members!
Thanks,
Dave
