You're invited to KOOP 91.7 FM Radio's Riding the Whiskey River 18th Birthday Party at Antone’s Nightclub, 213 W. 5th Street, Austin, TX
Saturday, February 16th ~ Doors 7PM / Music 8PM
Come celebrate and support KOOP community radio with some of Texas’ finest musical talents! The highlight of the evening will be the rare Austin appearance of singer and songwriter Johnny Bush, Texas Country Music Hall of Famer and writer of many well-known honky-tonk favorites including “Whiskey River” and “Sound of a Heartache.” Accompanying Johnny will be bass player and vocalist Justin Treviño. Also performing with Johnny Bush will be Dave Biller -steel guitar, Howard Kalish -fiddle, and Karen Biller -drums. Janet Lynn will be joining-in on vocals. The evening opens with The Krayolas’ San Antonio sound and New Mystery Girl’s 60’s girls’ group-influenced Garage-Pop. Grammy Award winners Sarah Fox and Joel Guzman, along with their band, will keep the party going with their Tex-Mex-meets-Americana stylings. And there will be plenty of Birthday cake for everyone! A proceeds go directly to the operating budget of KOOP 91.7 FM, non-profit Community Radio in Austin.

$20 - General Admission (advance)
$25 - General Admission (at the door)
$75 – Reserved Seating, goodie bag & more!
$300 – Reserved Table for 4, goodie bags & more!
Riding the Whiskey River reserved seating tickets include a pre-show reception at 6PM. Come on and ride the River with us!
