This guitar was purchased from Emmons Guitar Co. in 05-1966, It has been completely rebuilt, the mica on the front apron was replaced at the Emmons factory as it was marked up and had 3 holes drilled in it to replace the decal with the badge. The E9 pickup is original, the C6 pick up in new but made from the old plastic. It is 8 x 5. Price $5,500 plus shipping. Any questions, please call or email.
Thanks

My very first guitar was a 66' D-10 p/p in rosewood mica. My father bought it from Big E in 68 or 69. He passed in December of 70' and I started trying to learn on it in 71' at 14 years old. Then uncle, Bobby Bowman set it up and away we went and now in 2013, I'm still trying to play! ( I met some player named John shortly after that and got the drive to learn the steel. Set me on fire big time! He was playing with ole "Hello Darlin'" man. Yep! ) Thanks to a buddy of mine, Bill Ferguson, I can still see my man, Hughey on video. Thanks Bill.

Excellent shape for an Emmons that's 47 years old, very nice looking steel, wished my wife looked so good, she's 60.

Billy. Please tell us again when this Emmons was ordered and shipped.
Why not just sell it as a modified/updated post-jig Bolt-On and not try to apply 1966 magic to it. It would be just as valid as a 1967 guitar. No difference -- unless you do not know any better.
