String gauges on 24.5 vs 22.5 in neck, choices for 24.5 SM

Are different string gauges typically used for a 24.5 vs 22.5 in neck?
What are favorites for a 24.5 in Stringmaster for C6 with high G, A6, and E13 tunings? Are any of the prepackaged sets OK?

I have a copy of an "Ernie Ball String Guages Chart" which lists the guages for all the notes, for 22.5" 24" and 25 1/2" scales. Pretty handy!
Don't know where on the net it came from, but I can email you a copy if you like.

Cindy Cashdollar has her choice of string gauges for high C6 on her website. She plays 24.5 scale I believe.
