| Back in 1981 I attended my first ISGC in St. Louis. I heard Buddy Emmons play this song and have a cassette tape of it live. I have always loved to play it but will never do it justice the way Buddy Emmons does. This song ws recorded by Dolly Parton on the Asleep At The Wheel - Bob Wills Tribute Album. The title was changed to "Billy Dale". IMHO it is one of Dolly's best recordings with great three part Fiddles. Steel was only used in the background but the arramgemt was supurb.
